Success Umpire Development squad - SUDS
SNA Promote an educational pathway based on Netball Australia Umpiring Courses (Foundation and Elite), ongoing professional development and practical umpiring instruction through an experienced umpire coach system.
SUDS are designed to develop umpires knowledge and skills through a structured, supportive program in which umpires will gain access to umpire education, coaching and match-play opportunities.

Affiliated to Success Netball Association in 2026

Rules of Netball Theory Exam (>70%) and Foundations Course completed in the last 4-years

Hold a National Badge or willingness to work towards a National Badge

Available for Fuel to Go and Play Association Championships** (31 May - 2 June)

Commit to self-development, open to receiving and implementing feedback

Attend a minimum of one trial
